How much is the typical salary for a setter?

We’ve explored expensive setters from 1st world countries like US and Canada, where salaries can range from $25/$35/hr. We also tested setters from 3rd world counties like the Philippines, where salaries can range from $6-$9/hr. 

However, we have found the best combination of productivity and cost-effectiveness to be from 2nd world countries, specifically in South America and Jamaica, Where we identify, source, and recruit, college educated, and experienced sales and marketing talent.

What happens if I need to pause paying my setter down the road? 

We can hold your setter for 30 days at half the normal rate, but any longer than that we would have to recruit a brand new setter once you are ready. 

When would I need to give my setter a raise/bonus? 

As part of our onboarding, we assist you in designing a long-term retention plan with your Setter with built-in bonuses and PTO (Paid time off) based on revenue goals.
